About halve way from Gjirokastre to Saranda one can find one of the most beautiful spots in Albania. It’s a natural spring water. The clear blue water of the river bubbles forth from a stunning, more than fifty-metre-deep pool. Divers have descended to fifty metres, but it is still unclear what the actual depth of the karst hole is. The spring is situated about 25 km from Saranda near the SH99 regional road.
